Laughter, a shriek, or a long sigh. We are all familiar with these sounds and can internalize the emotions that come alongside them. While some bring back light-hearted memories and triumph, others remind us of past pain and grief. The beauty of these emotions is the reminder these experiences are shared amongst one another.
